Festival Internacional de Poesía de Medellín 2016

Every year Medellín international poetry festival features some 100 poetry and art performances with 80 poets and artists from 35 countries. This year’s festival celebrates the ‘Memory of Eleusis’ as a tribute to Rimbaud – for whom ‘all ancient poetry ended in Greek poetry’, as he wrote in his ‘Lettre du Voyant’ – through courses, lectures, panels, discussions, plays, concerts and ceremonies on the poet and a digital exhibition from the Rimbaud museum.  

AC/E is collaborating by supporting the participation of poet Juan Carlos Mestre in five public group activities during the festival week:
