Rodolfo Carpintier Santana is the president of Digital Assets Deployment, a leading Internet business incubator in Spain with stakes in 27 enterprises He completed German Studies and holds Master’s degrees in InternationalManagement and General Management (Cesem) Previous posts include president of Commerce Net Español, founding partner and vice-president of Netjuice S A, marketing director at Telefónica Sistemas SA, CEO of Krone S A, international director at Servicom and president of SMM He has more than 25 years’ experience in using online systems and is involved with several American companies that are pioneers in Internet marketing He spearheaded the creation of the Spanish chapter of Commerce Net (wwwcommercenetorg), the international organisation that promotes electronic commerce globally, of which he was appointed president for Spain during the first five years. He is the author of the following books: Internet hoy (Ra-Ma, 1996), Los cinco mandamientos de la empresa en Internet: Enseñanzas para después de una crisis (CISS, 2004) e Internet puede salvar tu empresa... o hundirla (Gestión 2000, 2013)
