3. Application requirements3.1. Applications for Spanish artists, professionals and creators to take part in the PICE mobility grants can only be made at the proposal of foreign cultural organisations and institutions. Proposals will not be accepted from any other type of institutions or from individuals.3.2. Preference will be given to applications that have not been awarded PICE/Mobility grants for projects the previous two years.3.3. At least 50% of the total budget of the proposed activity project for which the presence of the Spanish professional or professionals is required must be funded by the applicant, and the items to be co-funded must be specified. The total amount requested from AC/E in each application cannot exceed fifteen thousand euros (€15,000).3.4. Applications that fail to specify the abovementioned 50% of co-funding will not be considered.15Conditions / Mobility and Visitors
