Today, in order to achieve this interrelation, it is furthermore necessary for them to possess skills that will allow them to accompany the digital transformation of their organisations, given that all the areas are already in contact with that world to some extent or will be in the immediate future.The future will be digital or there will be no future, and the sooner organisations encourage their professionals to develop the skills needed to address it, the sooner they will take advantage of its benefits and will spare themselves the disadvantages of coping with what is nowan essentially digital world with an analogue mindset.ReferencesAccenture and Ametic (2014).
