cruce entre cultura oriental y occidental. Los cubiertos podían usarse para comer a la manera occidental como si fuesen un «tenedor», o, si se separaban, como «palillos», propios de
la cocina oriental.
“Cutlery” made for the Barna Crossing project in Fukuoka. The concept is drawn from
a crossing between eastern and western culture. They
can be used as a fork, or, with the two halves separated, as chopsticks, typical of eastern cuisine.

En el mundo existen culturas gastronómicas diferentes, tanto por la selección de los alimentos y la técnica de cocción, como en la forma de comer cada plato. En este sentido, en los últimos años, los tradicionales palillos de la cultura asiática conviven con los cuchillos y tenedores en

There are different gastronomic cultures in the world, in terms both of the foodstuffs eaten, the ways of cooking and the way of eating each dish.
