Cubertería creativa es el nombre con el que se presenta una familia de tres cubiertos (Pala de humo, Pingüe de caldos y Sorbo de sorbetes) que se han diseñado específicamente para las preparaciones de cocina creativa que hoy se están realizando en muchos restaurantes de todo el mundo. Estos cubiertos pretenden enfatizar el acto de comer motivando los sentidos y cambiando la manera de degustar los platos. Con la colaboración de los cocineros Lluís Auguet y Anna de Pablo.
Cubertería creativa is the name of this family of three utensils (Pala de humo [smoke stick], Pingüe de caldos [abundance of soups] and Sorbo de sorbetes [Sorbet sipper]) which have been designed specifically for the creative food which is emerging these days in restaurants all over the world. They are intended to emphasize the act of eating, motivating the senses and change the way of enjoying the food. With the collaboration of chefs Lluís Auguet and Anna De Pablo.
