tipo tartaletas y formas redondeadas, inspirado en el micropaisaje del restaurante Miramar, de Paco Pérez, en Llançà, Girona. Al igual que gran parte del discurso de la cocina del restaurante, se basa en los productos del mar y la costa cercanos. Los soportes se desarrollaron a partir de la toma de imágenes de las rocas perforadas y otros elementos del puerto de Llançà.
White opal glass. A reversible plate to serve tartlet-style snacks and round ones, inspired by the microscenery of Paco Pérez’s Miramar restaurant in Llançà, Girona. Like much of the restaurant’s cuisine, it is based on the fruits of the nearby sea and coast. Developed on the basis of pictures of the perforated rocks and other features of the port of Llançà.
