La Sferificación Básica está indicada para obtener raviolis y otras elaboraciones sféricas con una membrana extremadamente sutil, mágica al paladar. También permite obtener caviar sférico. Su elaboración requiere una ejecución más inmediata, ya que una vez sumergido el sférico en el baño de Calcic, la gelificación no se detiene y al final se convierte en una bola compacta.
Basic spherification is ideal for the production of ravioli and other concoctions with an extremely subtle membrane, a delight to the palate. It also makes it possible to obtain spherical caviar. It needs to be produced quickly because once the sphere is submerged in the bath of calcium, it jellies quickly to become a compact ball.

Se trata de un juego de plantillas que sirven para realizar crujientes, diseñadas específicamente para las mejores deshidratadoras del mercado. Las plantillas Croquanter permiten obtener pequeñas láminas crujientes de formas variadas a partir de purés de frutas, verduras, frutos secos y otros ingredientes. Se pueden utilizar varias bases de teflón simultáneamente para conseguir un gran número de crujientes con un mínimo esfuerzo.
Croquanter is a set of stencils for making crunchies specially designed to be used in the best dehydrators on the market. The Croquanter stencils can produce small, crunchy sheets in a variety of shapes from fruit, vegetable or nut purees
and other ingredients. You can use different Teflon bases simultaneously to produce a large number of crunchies with minimum effort.
