Resolution: The provisional list will be published on February 19, 2026, with a submission period from February 20 to 26. The final award list will be published on February 27, 2026.
Phase 2 - 2026
Submission of proposals: From January 10, 2026, to May 9, 2026.
Projects to be submitted: Projects must begin on or after July 1, 2026, and be completed by February 28, 2027.
Resolution: The provisional list will be published on June 19, 2026, with a submission period from June 20 to 24. The final award list will be published on June 29, 2026.
Phase 3 - 2026
Submission of proposals: From May 10, 2026, to September 7, 2026.
Projects to be submitted: Must begin on or after November 1, 2026, and be completed by February 28, 2027.
Resolution: The provisional list will be published on October 21, 2026, with a submission period from October 22 to 28. The final award list will be published on October 30, 2026.
