This season will see the performance of Paseíllo. Poema Flamenco Taurino by Hugo Pérez de la Pica, with the support of AC/E’s Programme for the Internationalisation of Spanish Culture. Paseíllo is a flamenco show that describes the art of bullfighting and its mythology – a celebration of its intra-history and a new perspective on its workings and essences. The show combines dance, song and recitation. It is a performance in verse and poetic prose inspired by the sainete, tonadilla and the colourful variety of flamenco art.
