Make us a distinct proposal
At the Acción Cultural Española (AC/E) we seek to make more accessible, sustainable and attractive the way in which we communicate our initiatives to support the Spanish cultural sector. Therefore, we launched this call for the selection of a new and original design for the promotional material of our program of grants for the Internalization of Spanish Culture.• It is necessary to design and produce the material that communicates the most important elements of the program (see Annex I with the information to be included).
• The format and materials used may be varied.
• The final product must be lightweight, easily stackable and transportable.
• The choice of recycled materials and any other sustainability criteria that applies to their production will be positively valued.
• The creator or collective selected will be responsible for the design, production and delivery to AC/E of the material produced.
• There will be 10 business days available to produce the material from the formalization of the order.
Budget
The amount available is 3,000€ (+ VAT).
This budget includes the design, production of 1000 copies and shipment of the final material to AC/E (C / José Abascal 4, 4th floor, 28003 Madrid).
AC/E will be in charge of the distribution of the material, as well as of the communication of the name of those responsible for the design proposal.
Originality and use of the selected image
The selected designers guarantees the originality of the works and grants exclusively to AC/E the exploitation rights derived from the intellectual property on the result of the entrusted works that deserve the condition of work protected by the intellectual property, in particular, the rights to publish, reproduce, distribute, publicly communicate or transform all or part of the works, in any medium or medium, graphic, phonographic, audiovisual, telematic, electronic, digital, multimedia or informatic. The transfer of rights is carried out exclusively and with a duration for the maximum period authorized by the current legal provisions. The territorial scope of the transfer extends to the entire world territory.
Submission
Candidates must submit a dossier of the proposal that includes the following information:
• CV of the creator or collective.
• Summary of the proposal.
• Design and graphic proposal.
• Description of the materials used in the production process, justifying their adaptation to the sustainability criteria that rules this call.
• Calendar of production and availability.
Proposals must be submitted in a single document in PDF format (maximum 5 MB) by email to the address: propuestas@accioncultural.es
Receipt of proposals until March 1st, 2020
The name of the chosen Project will be announced during the first fortnight of March 2020.
The selection will be made by a committee of design professionals and AC/E representatives.
AC/E reserves the right to declare the process void.
