AC/E supports the participation of The Delreves Company with their show "Uno" that refers to Leonardo Da Vinci and his works around universal balance. The company uses images from Leonardo´s drawings like "The Vitruvian Man", regarded as a symbol of the human body essential symmetry, and in addition to the universe as a whole. Also, to mention his studies around weight, and his obsession with the Fibonacci sequence.
In this new production, Delrevés gives duo format up and presents three dancers at a stage for the first time. They have set the premise to not establish any physical or visual contact between them during the act but trying to transmit as individuals. Every performer finds himself immersed in a spiral during the part that represents himself inside his workplace. And they show these spirals relate between them through movement.
Zürich Tanzt 2018 is a festival for all styles of dance. It takes place once a year over a weekend and involves many places and institutions in town. The programme consists of guided «Walks through the city», performances, parties, surprising acts and over 130 crash courses which teach a variety of dance styles.The public is invited to participate actively, see and learn new things and get the city moving.
