Festival Eñe is the great literary event of Autumn in Madrid. It's an event around the Spanish language that comes from the magazine Eñe, a publication devoted to contemporary literature launched in 2005 by La Fábrica. Ten years and 40 issues later, it has published texts of more than 400 authors.
Festival Eñe has already held ten editions: six in Madrid and four in America (Montevideo, Lima, Buenos Aires and Panama City). The Festival celebrates in November its 7th edition in Madrid. During two intense days, it organizes more than 60 literary activities where Spanish and Latin American writers participate. Conferences, debates, lectures, concerts, poetry readings and performances that are complemented by workshops and the activity "Publishers in Search of an Author", in which a selection of writers have the opportunity to present their texts to international publishers . AC/E facilitates the presence of international publishers and literary critics from Editorial Estruendomudo (Peru), Editorial Catalonia (Chile), Cal y Arena Ediciones (Mexico), Ediciones Arlequín (Mexico), Gallimard Publisher (Paris - France), Albatros Publisher (Geneve, Switzerland), Revista Gatopardo (Mexico), Diario El País (Uruguay) and El Mercurio (Chile).
